On a Lighter note, a fishing report

Was out last week when it was brutally hot and caught nothing! Didn't even have a follow. But what a beautiful lake Shabbona continues to be! Just being out is a reward in itself! How has everyone else been doing lately on the muskies?

unfortunately, because I was out during daylight hours, I didn't get to see the lights on. Plus, I was only passing through so I walked the shorelines near the NMZ to fish. I didn't even bother to take the boat out. Maybe on Wednesday if the weather holds up.
