but there are some that are privet

I don't know if you made it to Shabbona already, but if not, there is a great way to "see" the sites before you register.

Go to the home page and click on the tab for the campground. You'll see "Campground Map." Click that option and read the directions. Basically, tt will let you see photos of each site to give you some idea of what to expect.
Some sites are more private than others, (unless you're thinking that you'll be camping in the back country somewhere, in which case you're out of luck :confused: ). You shouldn't have a problem finding a site that you like. Check out the sites at the south end of the campground. They end to be most secluded from your neighbor and there is less traffic. The sites toward the lake are more "busy" due to people driving to the camp store or to the lake, or to the shower house.
Reserved sites are not as private as the open sites however.

I believe he was referring to the SPAM about cell phones that was listed a few days ago. I don't think he was referring to your post at all.
